Warren Property Group is a land promotion company. We specialise in green-belt and grey-belt land: identifying it and securing planning permission at our own cost.

The landowner owns the value in their land. We're paid only if permission is granted.
We were founded by Luke Warren and are based in London. Our sites are across the Home Counties and the south-east of England.

The Team
Luke Warren
Luke has led the firm since founding it. His expertise
is in investment strategy, planning policy and project financing.
Prior to founding WPG, Luke worked as an Equity Derivatives Trader at ADG Capital
Management. Luke earned a BEng (Hons) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Surrey.
Alex Brown
Land Director. Alex spent about ten years buying land for Bellway Homes, one of the country's largest housebuilders, before joining Warren Property Group. He assesses every site we write to, and he's the person who'll call you back.
Peter Warren
Construction Director. Peter has spent more than 35 years planning, designing and managing major construction and infrastructure projects: homes, hotels, highways, bridges and airfields. He was Construction Director at HSmith Engineers and held senior roles at Lendlease and Taylor Wimpey. He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Building and sits on our investment committee.
We don't do this alone. On each site we work with established planning consultants, ecologists, arboriculturists, highways and drainage engineers, heritage specialists and solicitors. We appoint them, we pay them, and we manage them.
