Does it sit next to a town or village, rather than in open countryside?*

Is any of it previously developed, such as a farmyard, depot or hardstanding, or is it land that does little to keep towns apart or the countryside open?*

Is your council short of land for the homes it needs? (Most in the south-east are. Not sure is fine.)*
